I didn't do as well as I thought I would. I had 14 books listed, but only read 4! While doing that challenge, I joined the Non Fiction Five and The Summer Reading and The Southern Reading Challenges. I am probably in over my head!! :)

ReplyDeletei am so impressed with all you do! i find it interesting how you really go gung ho on authors and read them all in one fell swoop, i like to mix them all up over time. time for you to grab the rest of mlw books, you will love them all~ in all of your books, we just share mermaids, and shh, i have not read a single book by the others...
ReplyDeletewas fun, look forward to summer reading, i have been adding new books to my pile every week! thanks for being the hostest with the mostest!
I am really impressed with all you read! I've read all of the Patricia Cornwell books too. Did you find that in the last few they got to be too much. Too much violence, too much cynicism and Marino became way too negative? I actually stopped after "The Last Precinct."
ReplyDeleteI'm still plugging away and am determined to get mine nearly done by the official end of spring on June 20! I listed 6, have read three, am nearly done with two more and the remaining one is my reward for finishing the one I'm not enjoying very much. If I could count all the lesson prep for my music classes for the 1st grade and the in depth study of the New Testament for a class I teach the teenagers at church (that's why that one is going so slow) I would have several more read by now! But, I'm in Revelation (love this book) and I will finish Tess!
Come June 21 I will let you know how I did but I fell behind so decided to be literal on the "spring" thing. :)
Wow! I'm impressed. I see you read a lot of Patricia Cornwell's Scarpetta series. I love those books...they are much better than her Win Garano and Andy Brazil series.
